Project Beautify is a local movement with a goal to empower homeless and at-risk women through their own natural beauty. We believe that EVERY woman deserves to feel beautiful, no matter where they come from, how much they make, or what unfortunate situation has befallen them – and beauty is one aspect to a woman’s life that is the FIRST thing to be taken from her.

 

This is not a vanity project – it’s a Beautify Project. A woman’s appearance contributes greatly to how she views herself and her situation, and in turn, how others view her. From personal experience, the founder of Project Beautify has seen first-hand just how detrimental a woman’s appearance can be to how she is able to empower herself to not only make the right decisions in life, but to also give her the strength to better her situation in life. Coming from a background in caretaking and farming, yet needing to leave an unfortunate situation, Haley Celeste began her own Seattle journey in a woman’s homeless shelter, observing and taking part of day-to-day homeless life from a woman’s perspective. Her passion is about giving back to others, and her journey through homelessness sparked a fire that allowed her to propel herself quickly into the local Seattle beauty and fashion community – connecting with over 150 photographers, makeup artists, estheticians, models, fashion designers, and models in less than a year, while also rapidly progressing in her own skill. Because of this, she has the unique opportunity to gather these individuals in a single Project that is about giving back to the community of women that need us the most. We are about Inspiration. We are about sparking a woman’s Passion, and we are about Beautifying the World – One Woman at a Time.
